Treacle is filtered and brought to a consistent body; jaggery is cut, dried and graded.

Treacle is hot-filled into clean glass bottles or food-grade bulk containers and sealed.
Spice processing
Cleaning, sorting, drying, grading and milling of cinnamon and spices to your specification.
Lot traceability
Each lot is coded back to its village, tapper and date, so every pack can be traced.

Third-party laboratory testing to customer or destination-market requirements.
