Privacy notice.
This notice explains what information we collect through this website and how we use it.
Who we are
This website is operated by Ecoroots (Pvt) Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka. We are responsible for the personal information you send us through it.
What we collect
When you send a trade enquiry, we receive the details you enter in the form: your name, company, business email, phone number if given, country, business type, products of interest and your message.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and does not track you across other websites. Fonts and images are served from this website itself.
How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotations and samples, and manage any business relationship that follows. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who processes it
The website and its contact form are hosted by Netlify, Inc., which stores form submissions on our behalf. We may also share necessary details with couriers and freight forwarders to deliver samples or orders you have asked for.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and for the duration of any business relationship, and then delete it unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop using it. Depending on where you live, for example in the EU or UK, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
